Our commitment is to provide you with the best service we possibly can. With this in mind all our products now come with a 28 day Money Back Guarantee.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our product, return it to us by a “signed for” service (e.g. Recorded Delivery) for a full refund, or return for an exchange for a different product, colour or size.
Once received by our Sales Team, we will verify that the product has been returned in its original and unused condition with all packaging intact. The refund will be paid within 14 days of receipt.
Customised/bespoke products are excluded from this offer unless there is a manufacturing error, which will be very happy to amend.
Extended Terms and Conditions for Retail Customers
At Hampshire Flag Company, we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase; but if you find that your goods are faulty, you have 28 working days from the date of receipt to return the products to us.
We recommend a signed for service (e.g., recorded delivery) for goods which are damaged or lost while in transit to us, as it is NOT our responsibility.
In all circumstances the item returned must be in its original and unused condition, with all packaging intact. Once we have verified your returned product, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method.
For a replacement or alternative product, the item will be despatched immediately. If the product is out of stock it will be placed on a priority order for despatch within 5 working day, and we will keep you informed via email, or call to inform you if this necessary.
Customer may have to pay the postage for the exchange.
